2. Services

These terms apply to all live and recorded professional development courses offered by SkillAdvance. Enrollment is confirmed upon full payment of course fees. Course schedules, materials, and delivery methods are identified in the course description on our website.

3. Info Products

This section covers digital resources such as e-books, webinar recordings, tutorials, and downloadable guides. Access is granted after payment, and users receive a unique link or credentials to retrieve content.

4. Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals or learning kits are delivered via courier. Shipment times, packaging details, and handling information appear at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Participants may request a refund of fees up to 7 days before course commencement. To arrange a refund, contact our support team through Contact Support. After the course begins, no refund is possible for participation fees already applied, since learning resources have been allocated. However, enrollment may be transferred to a future session once without additional charge if requested at least 3 days before the original start date.

5.2 Info Products

All sales of digital resources are final once access is granted. If technical issues prevent content retrieval, we will provide support and, if content remains inaccessible, will issue a reimbursement of fees upon verification of the issue.

5.3 Goods

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange replacement delivery or a reimbursement of fees if a substitute item is unavailable. For unopened items sent back in original condition, a reimbursement of fees is issued upon receipt at our facility. In defect cases, shipping costs to our facility are covered by SkillAdvance.
